Pico De Gallo

4 vine ripened tomatoes, chopped
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
2 green onions, white and green parts, sliced
1 Serrano chile, minced
1 handful fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 limes, juiced
salt and pepper to tase,
add a dash of cumin, for a spicy flavor

Mix all ingredents together, Let is stand 15 min to hour before using for the flavors to blend.
