Mustard Steak

3.5 oz Filet or London Broil
1 t mustard powder
2 t balsamic vinegar
1/4 t salt
1/2 t pepper
2 cloves garlic (minced)

Mix all seasonings in a bowl. Coat steak evenly with mixture and let stand for 15 minutes. Broil or BBQ steak until desired doneness, let stand 5 minutes befor slicing and serving.

Serve with Asparagus spears,
and warm cinnamon apple!
