Chicken Curry Soup

3.5 oz Chicken, cubed or shredded
small amount of onion
2 c chicken broth, fat free
garlic to taste
1/4 t curry powder
1/4 t cinnamon powder
1/4 t pumpkin pie spice or to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a sauce pan or deep skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45 min.

You can also make this in the crock pot, make larger amounts and freeze for another meal.
